It’s about restoring dignity, nurturing potential, and providing inclusive, person-centred support that empowers individuals and families to build confidence, achieve independence, and become fully part of their communities.
Mission
Our mission is to help refugees rebuild their lives with confidence, hope, and purpose. Through friendly, personalised guidance, practical skills development, and access to essential resources, we support individuals as they settle into their new communities, grow their independence, and become active, valued members of society.
Basheer Ahmad
Founder & Managing Director
As Director of National Integration Hub, Basheer leads management operations and provides front-line support at events, helping refugees build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging. He has also worked closely with the UK government, International and regional partners on different resettlement schemes for refugees to enable integration into UK life, ensuring individuals receive tailored guidance and support.
He is passionate about empowering vulnerable communities and volunteers with the local charities as well as for the British Legion as part of the Poppy Appeal. Drawing on his own experiences in navigating unfamiliar systems, he now supports others to integrate successfully into UK life.
He previously worked with the British Armed Forces. He is fluent in many languages and well connected with a network of interpreters. For any requests for interpreting/translating, please use the contact form.
