At National Integration Hub, we run a UK-wide Employability Programme for Refugees, driven by personal experience and a deep commitment to supporting resettlement. Our programme helps refugees develop the skills, tools, and networks they need to find meaningful work. From career guidance and CV support to job searches, interview practice, and navigating digital job platforms, we offer hands-on, personalised support. By connecting talent with opportunity, we help people rediscover confidence and contribute fully to the UK workforce. We have experience of connecting unemployed refugees with employers in their area, helping them to identify the best use of their existing skillset.
