Our Services
Employment
At National Integration Hub, we run a UK-wide Employability Programme for Refugees, driven by personal experience and a deep commitment to supporting resettlement. We know that finding a job is often the first step toward rebuilding resilience, bringing financial stability, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
Having navigated the challenges of starting over in a new country we, understand the importance of support that goes beyond job placement, helping people regain confidence, purpose, and community connection. This understanding shapes everything we do.
Our programme helps refugees develop the skills, tools, and networks they need to find meaningful work. From career guidance and CV support to job searches, interview practice, and navigating digital job platforms, we offer hands-on, personalised support. By connecting talent with opportunity, we help people rediscover confidence and contribute fully to the UK workforce. We have experience of connecting unemployed refugees with employers in their area, helping them to identify the best use of their existing skillset.
We believe that everyone deserves the chance to thrive. By supporting refugee talent, we’re not just helping people find jobs — we’re helping to build more inclusive, compassionate, and creative communities. Every success story reminds us that the right support can transform potential into lasting change.
Civil Navigation
We know how daunting it can be to access legal support, healthcare, and other essential services in a new country. National Integration Hub has extensive experience helping refugees navigate these systems. We guide people to interpreting services, explain administrative processes, and provide practical support to help them integrate successfully into their new communities.
Holistic Resettlement Support
Resettlement is about far more than finding a home. It’s about rebuilding lives with dignity, stability, and opportunity.
We offer professional guidance on housing, high-quality interpretation and translation services for refugees and partners, and support accessing education and learning opportunities. Working with local colleges and training providers, we provide ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) courses and other learning programmes. We also assist families in navigating the UK school system so children can settle smoothly.
Our programmes for families and young people focus on education, safeguarding, and personal development, giving them the support they need to thrive in their new communities.
